• Speaker bios:
• Evans Chelal is the CEO of Vaste, operator of the UK's first cloud-based feedstock and compliance platform and one of the few software companies already integrated with Defra's Digital Waste Tracking Service API. A former McKinsey consultant in the sustainability practice, he works with permitted waste sites, including chemical and hazardous waste facilities, to support Digital Waste Tracking readiness ahead of the October 2026 regulatory deadline.
• Michael Coll is the CTO of Vaste, leading platform development. With over 20 years in commercial software development, including a decade as Head of Product Development at Arnold Clark, he brings deep expertise in building scalable, user-focused software platforms. Michael architected Vaste's DWTS compliance platform from the ground up and will demonstrate the live submission workflow during the session.
