About the Event

Assessing and managing change can be a large task, but one that is essential to maintaining site and process safety, particularly on high hazard sites.  If a proposed modification is made to a hazardous process without appropriate review, the risk of a process safety accident could increase significantly. A cross functional approach is key to managing and controlling change where there is potential for Major Accident Hazards.

This seminar has been developed specifically for those managers with an active responsibility for management of change process within your organisation, from the initiation of a change, its assessment through to its implementation and review.
