Course delivered by Haden Freeman C.I.
Value Stream Mapping is a key tool in understanding how your operations function, and so is an enabler in developing a plan to improve. It reveals details of what is occurring within the business, allowing the identification and addressing of improvement opportunities.
This course is for those looking at, or charged with finding, opportunities to drive business improvements such as reducing lead times/ increase stock turns, improving on-time-in-full (OTIF) deliveries, removing waste and improving productivity, or perhaps just making operations simpler and easier day to day.
Our trainer has nearly 20 years of experience in applying Value Stream Mapping in the process industries. Benefit from his experience and knowledge of how to best map your processes, avoid the traps and pitfalls of the technique, and be guided on the most likely areas of opportunity in your organisation.
