About the Event
The output of any process can be measured in terms of Quality, Cost and Delivery. A supply chain is obviously critical in meeting delivery targets but is also fundamental to achieving the overall cost requirement and can impact on quality is some unexpected ways. Therefore, the design and architecture of the overall supply chain will be critical to both the supply chain’s success and each individual company’s longevity and sustainability in that supply chain.

The workshop consists of exercises and simulations to demonstrate both some of the issues and the benefits likely to exist. Using Lean concepts and principles, ways of improving a supply chain to make it more integrated and effective are explored in the context of the specifics and business drivers of the process industries.
Our workshop leader has a near twenty years’ experience of adapting and implementing Lean into the process industries, so attendees will benefit from their insight.
